The Pendleton Surf Club ships apparel and merchandise to customers within the United States. We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner while supporting our nonprofit mission through the sale of club merchandise.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, special releases, or holidays, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
The Pendleton Surf Club is not responsible for shipping delays or for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@thependletonsurfclub.info. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
