Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
The Pendleton Surf Club offers apparel and merchandise to help support club programs, events, and ongoing community initiatives. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while also supporting our mission.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Merchandise)
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags, if applicable, must still be attached
- The item must be free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Worn or used merchandise
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or product, based on availability.
If the requested replacement item is not available, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order details and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Event Registrations
Event registrations are generally non-refundable, as space may be limited and reserved in advance.
If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or transfer options when possible, but this is not guaranteed.
8. Donations
All donations made to The Pendleton Surf Club are non-refundable.
As a nonprofit organization, donations directly support club programs, equipment, events, and community outreach efforts.
