Camp Pendleton is an active military installation, and visitor access is handled with care. Please submit accurate information so the visitor roster can be prepared for contest weekend.
Before You Submit
This form is for contestants, family members, guests, volunteers, vendors, and supporters who need visitor access to Camp Pendleton for the Pendleton Surf Club Annual Surf Contest.
If you already have valid Camp Pendleton base access, you do not need to complete this form.
- Base access information should be submitted by September 8 to help avoid processing delays.
- Visitors must bring the same identification document used on this form when entering Camp Pendleton.
- Identification must be valid, unexpired, and match the information submitted.
- If you register with a passport, you must bring that passport for access.
